CJ Hotel Consultancy offers sales and marketing representation with a difference, known as ‘an expert extension of the team’ and founded by Carla Judge in 2017.

Carla, (also known as CJ to those who know her from the 00s!) has worked extensively in sales and marketing roles with independent, luxury and lifestyle hotels. With 20 years of experience, covering all market segments of the hotel business mix including MICE, corporate, entertainment and leisure, specialising in the entertainment and leisure markets and managing teams within.

Carla has a true passion for the industry, and is proud to have developed lasting relationships with travel buyers, partners and tastemakers both domestically and internationally.

CJ Hotel Consultancy offers bespoke representation. Working closely with her clients to support, strategise, enhance and develop sales through business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales and marketing services. Since the inception CJ Hotel Consultancy has proudly represented businesses locally in Brighton, the UK South Coast, the glorious English countryside and further afield in London, Europe and Miami.

More recently developing services to support small to medium sized owner-led hospitality businesses such as holiday-lets, self catering properties, and glamping sites to drive brand awareness and direct bookings.

Carla is part of Sussex Chamber of Commerce and regularly networks with Sussex, Surrey and Kent businesses.

Personally, Carla is passionate about sustainability, slow and low-impact travel, wellness and creating unique travel experiences that make peoples’ heart sing and improve mental health.
